Chantal "Anne" Harper is the mother of the quadruplets and a character in Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn.

She is portrayed by Allison Munn.

Anne is very funny, smart, caring, sweet but she can be competitive. She can also easily take charge of the quadruplets.

In "Wanted: The Sugar Beet Gang" it’s revealed that Anne has 36 purses.
