They try running a lemonade stand but it fails due to terrible customer service and terrible lemonade. Luckily, they run into a guy who asks to rent their garage. He signs the contract and moves in. The quads try to kick the band out but they're bound by the contract. |

Plot
Summary
With Anne away, the Harper quads rent their garage to a rock band in order to have money and start making their own house rules.
Full Plot
Anne has been feeling stressed lately and needs her time away from the family to relax and get massage. She leaves Tom in charge after giving him a huge rule book.
