Thomas Stephen "Tom" Harper is a character in the Nickelodeon series Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn. He is the father of the quadruplets.

Appearance
Tom is lanky and fair skinned with brown eyes.
Personality
Tom appears to care more for his toys and gadgets than his own children, but this is only a gag of the show. Deep down, he has a lot of affection for the quadruplets. He also tends to make careless mistakes, and things do not go as planned whenever he tries to do something.
